Cory Perry arrived in the middle of the night after we had an electrical emergency. Lights and outlets were not working, circuits tripped and when we attempted to fix it ourselves, sparks shot out of the circuit box. This was 10 hours before we were holding an open house. Cory arrived, immediately diagnosed the problem and, with a charismatic demeanor, calmed everyone down and made us all the confident that he could fix the problem and that all is well....and fix it he did.
